Hands of Light - Introduction to Barbara Brennan Work

What is Brennan Healing Work and what can you expect from the Hands of Light Workshop?
Brennan Healing Science is a gentle and powerful energetic method developed by physicist and therapist Dr. Barbara Brennan to support people on their path of integration and healing. Brennan's books have been regarded as standards of energetic work for 30 years and have been translated into 12 languages. Her work on the energy field incorporates psychological and meditative spiritual aspects as well as approaches from Alexander Lowen's bioenergetics, John Pierrakos' Core Energetics and Eva Pierrakos' path work - both companions of Barbara. Brennan Healing Science can be described as body-oriented psycho-spiritual awareness work, which aims to optimally support the human energy system in maintaining health, coping with illness, personal growth and developing one's own potential. The energetic methods are applied both in conversation and in a relaxed resting position, with the client lying clothed on a massage table.

Hands of Light Workshop - Warsaw - 13./14. Sept. 2025
Introductory workshop Brennan Healing Science, referring to the first book Hands of Light - lecture and hands-on training.
Participants will study and learn:
-the anatomy of the human energy field
-relationship of the energy field to health and behavioral patterns,
-Energetic Healing Techniques,
-practicing expanded sensory perception;

Training Conscious Energetics
The development of human consciousness is my mission in life!
Freedom is when you can be “yourself” and also relate freely.
This basic nature in human consciousness is expressed in the desing of my training of Consicous Energetics.
Today we know that we ourselves can influence our biology. From this task of accompanying people in their transformative paths and the need of course participants for flexible training or simply new experiences, and my international seminar activities, the format “Paths to the Self” was created. This energy consciousness system is an energetic field of consciousness guidance and personal development as well as a methodology of energy and healing work. The field serves all people as an accompaniment to their coming home to the Self. Whether you are seeking human awakening for your spirit or a transformation process to new life. My knowledge of energy work, breath work, process and integration work as well as consciousness and meditation methods flow into this matrix.
The aim is to create a flexible, modular training. Participants should have the choice to attend modules over the desired period of time and thus familiarize themselves with the topic of the Energy Consciousness Matrix and continue to apply it.
Each module is designed around a 3 days Wave, so that they can be easily integrated into everyday working life. Those who wish to do so can receive certification from the energyinstitut.
The Potential of Unity Consciousness
This “method” came about through our life paths and in collaboration (living co-creation) with my colleague Sue Hewitt from London. We taught together at the Brennan School and began to work and research independently in the Unified Field (field of all possibilities). The seminar content reflects the latest developments and deepest insights into energy and consciousness medicine from a scientific and our personal perspective. We show how people are trapped in the dualistic “reality” and how they can free their potential by dissolving these beliefs (the dualistic imprint). Genes do not determine our biology. Our neuronal network binds us to the past, experiences, patterns and beliefs.
Using a method we have developed, we guide the participants into the experience of unity consciousness, beyond opposites, illness and limitation. I also call this process dis-identification, especially from our limited ego. It is important to note that this is not a one-sided movement, consciously and strongly grounded we experience unity through our body and cellular consciousness in a spherical expansion. Because we are this multidimensional structure.
We see this work as consciousness development in the area of personal development. Therapists in this field confirm that the work in the UF offers support for the methods used and leads to greater clarity.
